Sizing

We know how incredibly fast kids grow. Therefore, we wanted to ensure sizing would last longer than your average pajama. Please take a look at each sizing on our size chart to ensure the perfect fit! 

Where Are the Pajamas Manufactured?

All products designed at Neverland Bamboo originate in North Carolina and are brought to life overseas. All of our products are OEKO-TEX Certified. Our products are free of any harsh chemicals and are not treated with flame retardants. Our pajamas are to be worn snug fitting and follow all CPSC guidelines.

How Should I Care and Wash?

Bamboo is a natural fiber and is delicate in nature. It is machine washable as no mom deserves that headache. Please wash in cold to warm water with a gentle detergent and free of bleach. They may also be tumble dried on low heat. Due to the delicate nature of the fabrics you will want to keep them away from zippers, Velcro and other hardware.

Shipping and Returns

Neverland Bamboo offers FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Flat rate shipping on U.S. orders under $50 is $4.95.  

We strive for customer satisfaction but we understand that not every purchase will be the perfect match, therefore we allow returns within 15 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in original packaging, unwashed and unused with original tags in order to be eligible for a full refund. We also offer store credit for an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping and original shipping will not be refunded. 

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after received. Please email us prior to returning an item so we can confirm you are within your return window.

We also understand accidents can happen. Therefore, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, it may be returned by contacting customer service within 7 days of delivery. If we are not notified within 7 days of delivery, it will no longer qualify for a return or possible replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. A shipping label will be provided to you to return defective items to our warehouse, and a full refund or replacement will be provided to you upon receipt of the defective item.
